Our Mission:

1. In the form of non-profit organisation, to provide refurbished / recycled computers and equipment, as well as training courses to assist and improve the life of low-income / under-privileged individuals and families. Also, to educate and raise the public awareness to Reduce Waste, Reuse and Recycling of computers and equipment to sustain a Greener Planet for all.
2. Through cooperating with other charities  / vendor / corporate and in the form of non-profit organisation, HKCAA recycles, repairs, upgrade and refurbish used computers and equipments etc., and gives them to low-income / under privileged individuals and families in need; while also allowing them to access the wealth of information via computer technologies.
3. In the form of non-profit organisation, to provide and assist individuals (unemployed, low income, youth with lesser education background) with computer software courses to enhance their competitiveness in the marketplace, while providing opportunities for them to upgrade their skill set and equip themselves for the workforce.
4. Through cooperating with Internet service providers, to provide low-income / under-privileged individuals and families with more affordable Internet access plan.
5. Lawfully assist and accomplish the HKCAA mission statement(s)
6. To promote and achieve the HKCAA Mission Statements, We will
   1. Accept Donations, Payments, Equipments and Computer Hardware / Software made by individuals, groups or institutions for the purpose of promoting and achieving the HKCAA Mission Statement; and provide Donors with the relevant official receipts.
   2. Plan and organise fund-raising activities to Promote, Demonstrations, and Support the implementation of the above mission statements, and make payments for such programs and activities.
7. For the purpose of achieving and accomplishing the mission statements of the association, HKCAA is legally entitled to handle any legal subject matters.

We hope that through our mission statements, we can actually make a difference to those in need of help; by providing them with necessary resources and opportunities to upgrade and improve their lives. At the same time, we are able to reduce computer waste and raise public awareness to Reduce Waste, Reuse and Recycling of computers and equipment to sustain a Greener Planet for all.
